How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

 

What is your store's return/exchange policy?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!

Currently our store does not offer refunds; only exchanges at this time.
In order to receive an exchange or store credit you must contact us via email within 15 days of your order arriving. Failure to do so will result in a final sale. Policy strictly enforced.

Exchange Policy:

Items must be returned within 15 days of order arrival in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. They must also be returned with their original packaging and all of its contents (if applicable). All sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

  • Returns must be accepted via email. (No Exceptions)
  • Once your return is accepted, you can proceed to package your item(s) in the original packaging (if possible). Please make sure to include the packing slip included with your order.
  • Our apologies but we DO NOT cover return shipping at this time. Return shipping is your responsibility.
  • Ship items back to the address provided through the email.
  • Once we've received your package, we will contact you via email to issue your store credit. 

    In the unlikely case that there is a defect with the item(s) you have received we will gladly replace your item and pay for the shipping both ways, just email us.

How do i know my package is on its way?

Once your order is shipped (within 1-2) business days an email with tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
